He was quick to return my call and respond. He got my home scheduled quickly and coinvent to my schedule. That eliminated some of my stress.

He was very knowledgeable in the construction of a home. He was very thorough in his inspection. I like that he sent detailed pictures of the issues with circling of the problem. He told me what the solution should be to each problem. Considering I know nothing about construction, that was very helpful.

I thought it was a perk that he is a retired firefighter. He is knowledgeable in fire hazards.  Safety was his main priority! That means a lot since I am a single mother. His inspection will lead in the process of providing a safe home for my daughter.

I loved how thorough he was completing inspections while my fiancé and I were going through our first time buying a house. We offered on several houses before we got the one we wanted, and Patrick did an inspection on 3 out of 5 for us. He was by far the best inspector we had. The first two we had were not near as thorough as he is. Once we used him we never went back to a different inspector! I loved his responsiveness, communication, and collaboration. One of the houses had such terrible foundation issues with a tree root growing under the house - and we would have had no idea if it wasn’t for Patrick! He was so great and provided pictures with each inspection and took the time to explain the important things. He even let us know 15 minutes before he was finished, and walked us through the main findings in person on our house now. He also took the time to explain to us what was going on, and recommended we eventually replace the water heater - which ended up leaking and breaking one day before we closed, so he was right! He takes the time to look for EVERYTHING and does a great and thorough job making sure everything is safe and takes the time to explain his findings. Couldn’t recommend anyone better when looking for a home inspection. Such a nice guy, and professional, and even provided us with a friends number to clean out the dryer vent. He was a firefighter and so he really cares about safety and explained to us the importance behind keeping the dryer vent clean, and installing enough fire alarms & carbon monoxide detectors. Thank you Patrick! We are so happy to finally be in our home!
